What is ODA?
ODA is a collection of private homes located in Mérida's historic center. They offer the privacy and warmth of a home, combined with hotel services such as daily housekeeping, included breakfast, and complimentary amenities.

Where are ODA homes located?
All of our homes are located in Mérida's main square, just steps from the historic center or Paseo Montejo, allowing you to explore the city on foot.

Is ODA a hotel or a vacation home?
ODA offers the best of both worlds: private homes with hotel service. This way, you can enjoy the independence of a full home with the convenience of personalized attention.

What services are included in the rate?
Rates include daily breakfast, room cleaning, welcome drinks, and complimentary snacks in your room. We also have a concierge to assist you throughout your stay.

Can I book experiences or activities during my stay?
Yes. When you confirm your reservation, we'll send you all the information about our available experiences so you can include them if you wish. Our concierge will help you plan them, always subject to availability.

What types of experiences do you offer?
We offer experiences within ODA, such as yoga classes, massages, cacao ceremonies, and cooking classes, as well as experiences outside, such as visits to rural communities, kayaking to hidden cenotes, and archaeological tours.

Is it rented by room or as a whole house?
Four of our houses are rented as a whole, with three rooms each (ideal for families or groups), and one of our houses, Casa Esther, offers room-by-room rentals, sharing the common areas with other guests.

What is the rate range?
Rates for whole houses range from $600 to $800 USD per night, depending on the house and season. Casa Esther, which is rented by room, has rates starting at $220 USD per night.

Is there parking?
